Fun.
Competitive.
Affordable.

The 314 Volleyball Club philosophy is to provide a fun and competitive experience in a cost-conscious manner. We give our athletes the tools and guidance they need to become better volleyball players and stronger individuals — on and off the court.

Three foundational goals

What we
plan around.

These aren't mutually exclusive. Success in one or two of them drives success in the others — and all three shape our camps, clinics, tryouts, scheduling and practice planning.

01

Positive
experience

We build a schedule of local, regional and travel tournaments so different teams get the competition they need — and so the girls get to see other cities and enjoy those trips with their families and teammates.

02

Player
development

Strong individual development to help players reach their own goals and take the next step in their volleyball journey as they move from the younger ages through high school — making a high school team, or playing in college.

03

Highly
competitive

This is a competitive sport and our goal is to compete for championships. We've had a lot of success: many teams finishing top 10 in the region, going to nationals, and winning tournaments.

Why families choose 314

Club volleyball
without the
club volleyball
sticker shock.

Competitive club volleyball has a reputation for being expensive and opaque. We decided early that we'd do the competitive part properly and be honest about the cost — one published fee, a sibling discount, and a clear list of what it covers.

Our coaches are the other half of it. Most came up through St. Louis volleyball — CYC, parochial leagues, high school programs, South County and other clubs — and many have been with 314 since the beginning. They're IMPACT and CAP certified, and they stay.

Better players.
Stronger people.
Same practice.

Every age group from 11U through 18U practices with the same expectations: compete hard, get measurably better, and treat teammates and opponents like the sport deserves.

Open gyms are the easiest way to meet our coaches and see how we run a court. Bring knee pads and questions.
