This page explains how payments work for what you pay 314 Volleyball Club (“314 VBC”) for tryouts, clinics, season dues, and team-store items, and how to raise a refund or cancellation question. Nothing here limits any right you have under law.
How payments work
- Season dues are collected by SportsEngine after your athlete is offered a team. You can pay in full or pay half up front, with the balance due by January 31, 2027. Nothing is charged automatically; you make the second payment yourself. Dues are not a subscription and do not renew on their own.
- Tryout and clinic fees, where there is one, are shown when you register and are paid as described there.
- Team-store orders are paid by cheque or at pickup. This website does not collect card numbers.
- Uniform and other forms that link to SportsEngine are processed by SportsEngine, whose own terms and privacy notice apply to those payments.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation requests are handled by the club directors on a case-by-case basis. Email 314vbc@gmail.com with the family name, the player’s name and team, what you paid for, when, and how you paid, or call a director at (314) 605-6963. A director will follow up with you about your request. Payments made through SportsEngine are also subject to SportsEngine’s own terms.
