What to include
Identify the copyrighted work and the specific club material at issue, with enough detail for us to locate it. Include your name, contact details, a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized, a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner, and your physical or electronic signature. If your concern is about a child appearing in footage rather than copyright ownership, use our privacy contact route.
The club will review notices and may remove or restrict access to material while it investigates. A person whose material was removed may contact the same address with a response.
