Every point,
every
post.
Results, trophy photos, tryout reminders and signing announcements land on Facebook and Instagram before they land anywhere else. Both feeds are pulled in below, plus the championship wall — every medal this club has hung around a neck.
Live feed
Straight from
Facebook.
The club page timeline, pulled in live. Nothing here is copied or cached — it is the same feed you would see on Facebook, a second old.

The live timeline could not load in your browser — usually a tracking blocker or an ad blocker stopping Facebook's frame, which is entirely reasonable of it. The page itself is wide open, so here is the door.
@314_vbc
The grid.
A curated handful of posts, embedded live from Instagram — captions, likes and all. Hand-picked rather than automatic, so what you see is what we would show you ourselves.

Instagram's embeds are blocked in this browser, or Instagram is having a moment. Either way the account is public and the reels are worth the trip.
These posts are hand-picked and stay put until someone swaps them. The full feed lives on Instagram and always will.
Hardware
The championship
wall.
Every one of these is a 314 team on a medal stand. Tap any photo to see it full size. Got a better one? Send it to a director and it goes up.

Who to tag
- Instagram @314_vbc — tag the account in the post and in the photo itself, so it reaches our tagged tab.
- Facebook 314 Volleyball Club — tag the page, or post it straight to the page.
- Add the age group in the caption — "16 Red", "12 Navy". Fifteen teams travel under this crest and we cannot always tell whose weekend we are looking at.
Every athlete in this club is someone's kid, and a fair number are under thirteen. We take that seriously, and we would ask families to as well.
- The club posts team and action photos only. No full names beside a face, no jersey number paired with a full name, no home town, no school, no travel schedule tied to a named player.
- Ask before you post someone else's child. A team photo is one thing. A close-up of another family's daughter is theirs to decide on, not yours.
- Never post a location in real time. Post the gym after you have left it.
- Opting out is easy and permanent. Tell a director at any point and that athlete stops appearing in club posts. It is not a favour and it does not need a reason.
- Removal requests are honoured the same day. Ours come down immediately. For a parent's post, we will ask them on your behalf.
314 VBC should adopt this in writing as a one-page media & consent policy, collected with the registration paperwork each season. Until it is signed, treat the above as how we operate.

The feeds are the highlight reel. The gym is where it actually happens — open gyms run Thursdays and tryouts for 11s–14s are October 23–25.
