These terms apply to 314 Volleyball Club (“314 VBC”, “the club”) Team Hub accounts on 314vbc.org and the 314 VBC app. By creating an account or accepting an invitation you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information and is part of these terms.
Match video is part of club participation
314 VBC streams and records its matches. This is club policy and part of being a 314 VBC player, parent, coach or volunteer. When an authorized club camera goes live:
- The match is streamed live to approved members of that team in the Team Hub.
- The club automatically keeps a private recording for replays and player highlights. Recordings are kept for 30 days by default (club staff may choose 7–180 days) and then deleted.
- Player stats recorded during the match can automatically create short highlight clips, labeled with a player’s first name and last initial.
- Athletes, coaches, officials, opponents, spectators and venues may appear in streams, recordings and clips.
Streams, replays and highlights are private. Only accounts the club has approved for that team can watch them, and families see highlights only for players they are approved to follow.
Public website and social media opt-out
Separately from private team video, the club sometimes features players on its public website and social media. A parent or guardian may ask that their child not appear on the club’s public website or social media posts. Email 314vbc@gmail.com with your player’s name and team. The club will honor the request for future public posts and will review and remove existing public posts it controls.
This opt-out covers public, club-run channels. It does not stop private team streaming, recording or highlights, which are part of club participation. A parent or guardian may still ask the club to review or delete specific footage of their child as described in the privacy policy.
Using recordings and clips
- Downloaded highlights are for personal and family use, such as building your own player’s reel.
- Do not post or share streams, replays or clips that show other players without the club’s approval. Do not record, re-stream or redistribute private team video.
- Downloaded copies are outside the club’s retention and deletion controls; you are responsible for copies you keep or share.
Your account
- Accounts are for parents, guardians, family members, players 13 and older, coaches and club staff. A child under 13 should not create an account; a parent or guardian should contact the club for family access.
- Use one account per person, give accurate information, and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- The club approves accounts, team access and player connections, and may change or remove access at any time, including when a player leaves the club or a season ends.
- You can delete your account from My account at any time.
Conduct
Be respectful in team chat and anywhere in the Team Hub. Do not harass, threaten or embarrass anyone, share private information about others, impersonate anyone, or try to access teams, video or data you have not been approved for. The club may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or club policies.
The service
The Team Hub is provided to support club families and is offered as available. Live video, scoring, recordings and highlights depend on gym internet, devices and outside services, and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Scores and stats entered in the Team Hub are informal club records; official results come from the event or tournament.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version and effective date above will change, and we may ask you to agree to a new version before you continue using the Team Hub. Material changes will also be shared through a club channel.
